Shane has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama's Culverhouse School of Commerce & Business Administration, majoring in Small Company Management and Entrepreneurship.  Shane excels in negotiating for his clients and his business skills will prove to be a rich asset to your real estate experience.  Shane also is a Licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Florida.  He can provide you with insights into current lending trends and practices.

If you are relocating to SW Florida, Shane and Joy can assist you in finding the resources to ensure your transition is a smooth one.  Joy has worked in the Lee Memorial Hospital System as a Medical Social Worker and is current on the local community infrastructure.
